    We slept in pretty much.  Well... I slept in, at least.  We had a simple, light breakfast and walked down to the beach just to check it out.  It had rained the night before and everthing was still pretty wet.  It was still pretty. After the beach, we piled into the van and went to, of all places, Walmart.  We stocked up on groceries and beer (Yuengling Black and Tan). We're pretty much just going to chill for the rest of the day.  I'm enjoying the Yuengling which I can't get back ...

    Sorry we haven't blogged for a while, we're being hampered by Internet challenges.

    We arrived in North Carolina (Sunset Beach) on Saturday and have settled into our home for the week. It's a condo (a flat to the English) on a golf course about five minutes from the beach. It's very comfortable and spacious and it's especially nice to be able to wash some clothes after nine days on the road.

    ... of no wake we have been really good about going slow but when we can we move along, well. apparently even in a open zone you are "responsible for your wake" that's what the coast guard so nicely told us ....it's not written anywhere so we were feeling bad! So example if our wake is bigger and a yahoo power boater doesn't slow down and flips it's our fault and we pay for the damages !!!crazy So lesson learned on that one, apparently it's happened 3 ...
