... large motor homes or 30 foot plus caravans. Our van at 18 foot looks decidedly a baby in comparison. The camp ground in Wilmington was very nice, with a lovely pool and great facilities and we had lovely neighbours who even gave us produce from their garden! The temperatures had not dropped so our planned walking tour of historic Wilmington (a tour I had done with Cam back in 2010) did not happen. ... rest at the KOA.
So… at 6 we drove on back to Grinders for the open mike session. By the time we got there, it was already packed… maybe about 40 people. Virtually everyone was 25 or younger… the whole night we saw maybe two 50 year olds and one older guy came and went. This is fairly near a University of Northern Carolina campus, so I guess this was the hangout. It was great fun… eclectic music by about a dozen of these young ...

... at all times.). The island is great to just relax, do something new or maybe go on a little adventure. Some of my favorite Activities include walking expeditions in the Island's phenomenal marshes as well as kayaking, golfing, taking a dip in the pool and walking on the beach. The island pffers a very friendly atmosphere too.. The people there are very nice and crime literally does not exist. The island is also higly protected by state enviromental ...
