    ... was €39 for entry into Swag an R&B club tonight, 3 hour open bar tomorrow night, then entry into the famous club Amnesia tomorrow night. Amnesia is known as the best club on the island, and one of the best clubs in the world. The headlining DJ for the show was Paris Hilton. Yes she does DJ, and yes she gets paid $386,000 an hour. Apparently she's actually quite good too.

    ... again to amble on La Rambla. We went separately there which was really good, a bit nervous about all the reported pickpockets but all good. Found the restaurant, El Cordobes also on La Rambla. Had a wonderful buffet meal and then went into the theatre for the flamenco show. Three amazing guitarists, three male singers, two male dancers and three female dancers, and one female singer and dancer. Amazing energy and incredible that it is improvised. Headed off to the ...

    ... out the corner of my mouth .... There are few cures but there is a Barcelona version of an English pub just around the corner that sells Guinness - It's worth a try!
    Interestingly that did raise the question of whether I could get the eponymous Guinness in India? I performed a brief search on the Internet and laughably the question has been asked by many other fellow travellers concerned about their medicinal Guinness infusion - the results tell me I'll be doubly ok...phew!

    ... cases and soon will go for a wander in town. To tell the truth we have been quite tired - it was a real comedown after the cruise so are glad we had this time in Barcelona to wind down before coming home. Tomorrow we fly from here to Milan (fond memories of that place - not!) and from there to Singapore. We have a long stopover there but the airline has put us up in a hotel for the day.
