... felt good going from mountains to sea in the same day.

I was really happy to see my son Glenn and his girlfriend Jenn, and this made this part of the tour very worthwhile.

Tomorrow, Day 14, will be a rest day. The weather is forecasted to be overcast with light rain, so it is a good day to recharge my batteries.

The gardens really were great. For two hours we explored each section and took hundreds of photos. We learned as we went that in the 1920's the area was converted from a limestone quarry to a garden and that over 50 gardeners are needed to maintain the property.
