... one car at a time. This made for some nerve testing moments, especially since this is the only road up/down the mountain!
Imagine two cars passing with a fraction of an inch between their side mirrors and a steep drop down with no barrier at the edge of the road! But don't let that scare you!
If you get the chance to take the road to the top by all means do it! The views are breath-taking and will afford everyone a zen-like experience.

... researched and various other admin tasks completed, while also playing the ever-present Scrabble app for iPhone. We finally crashed at 4am!

Despite the rather late finish, we were up and out by 10 and making our way through the White Mountains National Park and then the sparsely-populated but beautiful state of Vermont. ... for Sioux but it came out to the tune Gigi. Sioux then asked the waiter for a bubbly water and he looked shocked and said we don't sell water with bubbles but he'd check anyway. Now I now know what Sugarfoot felt like when he'd ask for a Sarsaparilla. (Anyone under 55 best Google it). ... the cog railway and others hike up. Its a part of the Appalachian trail. It was a great day to go up the mountain and the views went for miles. After coming down the mountain we got groceries and gas, pizza at the local bar and home for the Seahawks game at 8:30 Eastern. Another late night but a WIN !
