... try to at least stay standing up for the full 32 hours. Their motto is "stand for those who can't", which reminds me a lot of our I Run 4 group. :)

Another big event in the city of Bowling Green is the annual Black Swamp Arts Festival. The city blocks off Main Street, and fills the streets with artists showing their work. There are also musicians, children's activities, and ...

Yes, we would leave tomorrow and do it all over again if we could! There were a few meltdowns along the way, but the laughter and experiences far exceeded the not-so-fun times.

We toured the downtown and it is quaint and right on the shore of Lake Ontario. I needed to get some Canadian cash, so I spotted an ATM right downtown. I thought I saw a restaurant called City Steaks . . . and I further thought they might have a decent dessert selection. Well, after I got my cash, I checked out City Steaks. Well, dumb ass, it was City Streaks--a hair salon!! POOP!! The joke is on me!!

      Got a ...
