Today's task was to have a coffee in Katoomba at the Savoy and then drive back to Manly in time for a walk and perhaps even a swim for Amr. The conversation soon turned to the burning question of the day. What was for dinner? We quickly decided on pumpkin sweet potato soup, which Amr would make as we had been inspired by a similar listing at the cafe in Blackheath, and gnocchi, which Rosemary would make.
