A Little Hike to a Deserted Beach
... us there is a terrible undertow here so no swimming, it's a surfer's beach. We sit for a bit, then decide to walk south to the end of the beach, it doesn't look too far. It's pretty far, by the time we get to the end take some pictures and return it's been an hour and a half! Gail told us there's a trail across the point we can take back instead of the road. Another pretty little colonial Pueblo Magico but with little to commend it - the 2 restaurants, which were the only place to buy beer, one closed all day, one at 5pm!!
Found a liitle comedor - someone's front room but with a fruit machine & ever present football on TV. Food would have been OK but the puppy had obviously ****** in one corner, so ...
