... oldest university in Canada. Our main reason for going to the old town area was to visit a small cafe called "Olive et Gourmando" that is known for its tasty lunches. ... looking forward to getting to Quebec as I hadn't visited this province before. I soon changed my mind when we couldn't operate the petrol pumps as they were in French. ... rent bikes from Ca Roule Montreal On Wheels. We briefly considered using the hop on off Bixi bikes but thank god for Chris and his love of reading the fine print which showed that the rates were actually higher than what the advertised if you didn’t swap bikes every 30 minutes to get a new one and you weren’t guaranteed there would be a place to drop your bike off near where you wanted to stop thus incurring huge additional fees and day rates.
