Day 11...Fourth of July: It was hot outside and we needed a rest day from yesterday's hot and sweaty hike, so we rested, relaxed and watched Independence Day on the TV.

The sites that you were going to see and the time you were with the tour was really worth it.So, a few days before the tour I say to Toni and Dave, "Do you want me to see if you can still come on the Kauai tour?"....Dave..."No, I don't wanna see any stupid seahorses!".....Me..."Dave, wrong island, this isn't the seahorse tour."....Dave..."No!"Day before the tour, Wendy and I went on ...

... port, I was treated to one of the most beautiful skies I can ever remember seeing. A magnificent royal blue sky reflecting off the tint of the smooth ocean with a hint of orange off to the horizon as the sun began to peak it's head up. It was surreal, and it was even more rewarding because it was on a boat. Fortunately, I grew up near the water and have always felt a special connection to it and to see this magnificent sky from a boat on the ocean ...
