... some old-school version of hangman. After this, we followed
our stomachs to a bar covered in neon lights with motorcycles hanging from the

... train ended up -only- being one hour late out of Fargo and got me to Portland 2 hours late, pretty good time for Amtrak. The train went sooooooo slow. Stopped all the time. Did not have good food or wifi, was sooo cold,but the seats were pretty comfy, bathrooms never busy and you had good space to spread out. I will always opt for Greyhound in this part of the country though, I'll never do Amtrak along a route with that many freight trains ever again.

Today we visited wineries in the Willamette Valley area. Cloudy skies looked ominous as we headed for a morning bright spot before our drive, and Voodoo Donuts was a cheery sort of place! Donuts with a plethora of tasty toppings tested our willpower...and willpower lost!
