The rainforest was amazing and the height of the trees on such a steep slope would make for interesting felling later on. We did the climb with 3 others, as well as Richard and Bob ( who are also racing BC) Stitch and the two Eric's, one of whom lost their key somewhere on the climb.

... old industrial area of Vancouver which has been renovated and converted into shops, stalls and galleries. Quite a large area of interesting cheeses, meats, seafoods, fruits and veges, cakes, flowers and hot food outlets all good quality. There were also shops, clothing, outdoor gear, jewelry, arts and crafts again all good quality.
