        ... roads. We stop at the town where the longest running motorcycle rally is held, it's on the largest lake in New Hampshire. I can't remember the name as I write this, sorry. You can see the town name in the picture I will post. We also stop and look at the White Mountain Lodge, a 1902 grand lodge that has a lot of history. We just have reversed our route somewhat that we took yesterday for the first few hours. We stop at Burke Mountain ski area for a late lunch ...

        ... cheese made by the monks. And we got to hear their vespers at 5:00 last evening, all Gregorian chants. It was apple fete at the abbey and the crowds were huge but by the time we had consumed a brick if fromage bleu, blue cheese, potato chips and apples most of the crowd had left. The service was quietly beautiful, soothing and mesmerizing. We drove back to Lac Brome and ate the compote de pomme, apple sauce, ...
