    A nice campground after a 4 hour drive through Montreal - mostly easy driving, which is good, because we didn't know how much twisty, windy, up and down we would face the next day on "La Route des Sommets", and after crossing the border into Maine!

    ... with gorgeous fall foliage all around. This is duck festival season and there is a fete in town with duck featured at all the bistros and restaurants. Steve had it on Friday night and I had trout that was much like a thick salmon steak. Must have been a big trout! The temps are in the high 70's to low 80's. Today is supposed to be even hotter. But it is supposed to be only 59, with rain, tomorrow in Quebec City. ...

    I invite you to enjoy it to the fullest with me as many of you (not to say everybody) asked me if they could come or either to make a place for them in my luggage! I would be so much extra over weight at the airport that i would be broke before even starting my trip lol!!

    Today was an even later wake up for the kids. I guess they were tired from all the boating they did yesterday. We're leaving today, but not until evening.
