... all the way up were beautiful... lots of trees, colourful rocks clouds drifting over the top of the hills and then a good view out to sea. Wine Glass Bay looked pretty good from up there too! Beautiful Tasmania
... and interesting. I particularly enjoyed the Tasmanian Devils, and frankly it was my curiosity to see these carnivorous marsupials that brought me here. Fully grown they are not much bigger than my (fairly large) house cat. But they have canine teeth and have a lot of mischievous personality! ... were number according to what exam you were taking and it was your job to figure out your appropriate seat and then wait for the rest of the instructions. The exam format was quite different than that of home. It was a 2 hr essay test (which apparently is the format for most of them). At home there is so much more multiple choice and short answer. I feel like writing essays are a better way to demonstrate understanding ...

The stores are all very unique and different to anything that I know in America, there are a few that I have recognize as being the same such as: Target, the body shop, K-Mart, and Big W (which is essentially Wal-mart. I haven't really seen any clothing stores that are the same, which is good! I hope to bring home a ton of original Australian outfits!

... so it's all still very new. It's rare to find a private museum that is free to the public without it being run by volunteers, but the staff are all paid and have virtually lined up to work there.
