It was freezing - all agree colder than Kingsand- we caused quite a stir with people just stopping and looking and encouraging us. ... American tribe the lighthouse will be lost. I arrived back at Oak Bluffs just in time to catch the 2:15pm ferry back to the mainland. In the late afternoon we drove to Provincetown. Really nothing more exciting today except that Tom has relinquished the driving to me as he is better with maps. I needlessly inspired great confidence by mixing up accelerator and break but ok since then!
Dull day but needed down time.
... in...a B&B which apparently costs over $200 per night! We then passed a B&B that Martin Luther king stayed at in Oak Bluffs whilst he worked on his 'I have a dream' speech. Whilst waiting for the return ferry I had a quick peep at the shops in Oak Bluffs and quickly realised why only celebs and millionaires had homes there!
