Getting to Victoria
... started walking to the skytrain. We went to the wrong train station and had a nice guard show us where the right one was. Then had a homeless guy tell us to make sure we got on the right train (turns out any train would be the right one!) While on the train we meet a nice old fella who tells us that our stop is after his, thus giving us a good time reference so we knew when to put our backpack back on.

... scratch with Kati and Sandor , It was great fun and we certainly need lots and lots of practice filling the casings. The first sample I tried was yesterday and we are really happy with the taste and texture. Not to spicy but lots of great flavor. The paprika came all the way from Hungary last week from our friend and teacher zsuzsi at Chef's Parade cooking school. She said it was the best paprika in Hungary available and we agree. ...

... Hortons :D. what is tim hortons?? ok it's like dunkin' donuts i guess lol. but it's a canadian one, so i had to go. And i even had a maple donut thing. When in canada you have to do the maple syrup...ooo i had a maple syrup tea in my time here too lol.
So i think i've done the canadians proud :D. LOL.
So far i'm thinking canada is pretty AWESOME. It kinda reminds me of New Zealand i guess, but on a much larger scale.....mmm maybe that's my reasoning for liking it too :D.
