        ... have been a short day only about 32 miles. Note to self...add at least 5 miles to anything Google says! It is either the map system is off or they keep moving the towns. Or maybe it is the fact that we dealt with rain again today. Either way it wasn't fun. We opted to stay in a no name motel due to weather and temps.         ... thanks Bud! Mother Nature tested us today...we came out the other end and said, game on! So after having to use the heater in the Bemidji cabin, we are off to Itasca State Park. The morning is a little cold but, the winds have stopped, Yay!!!! As the day progresses so, does the hills. I was told by someone who has always lived in Northern Minnesota that she never considered it to be hilly so, I offered to let her ride my trike and see if she would ...

        ... at the Lucky Moose here in Walker. The food was great and the bike is hopefully fixed for good. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, cold, and windy. Yeah! love the diversity of a good adventure. Marilyn is not happy...but she is going to be a trooper or maybe she will be calling a relative to pick her up. Stay tuned... and see if Marilyn makes it to Lake Bemidji State ...
