Today we travelle to Liverpool to see Craig's beloved Liverpool play at Anfield. Unfortunately we lost 2-0 to Southampton, and we received a parking ticket! But the boys all had a wonderful time. The seats were great, the atmosphere was good (esp during 'you'll never walk alone'). We had dinner in the 'Boot Room Cafe' afterwards, which was a great way to end ...
This morning started with a 6:30 taxi ride to to the Ulyses IRISH FERRY in Dublin. We boarded after going security with our luggage and went up to the Club where we had free snacks for our 3 hour voyage to Holy Rod in Wales. I didn't get sea sick but Iayed down most of the trip. As you am see from pics it was not at all crowded. We landed about 11:30 and a bus drove us to the station to get a train to Liverpool . We only had to wait about 15 min. We rode it about a hour ...
Today I booked & paid for my flights to Australia. One way ticket! It feels amazing to say that..."one way ticket" Thinking about it fills me with a whole bag of emotions- excitement, anxiety, fear, happiness. The list goes on. It's booked, I'm going, ...

Who knows how long these explorations may take - 3 or 4 years I could guess at - but plans can change at any time.....
After a meandering trip from the Holyhead Ferry Terminal, we called in to a small village by the name of Risley, which is Jane's maiden name, so we were interested to see if there were any family connections. As luck would have it we struck pay dirt. Her Majesty's Prison. Oh and Risley Moss, a nature reserve, the land on which it is situated was in the Risley family over 500 years ago. We arrived in Blackpool, a seaside ...

Just back from a fantastic 2 days at Blackpool. Stayed at Lolly's Hotel on Regents Road. Its a must! We were at Paolo Nutini concert at Winter Gardens. Lolly's is 2 streets away which is ideal for all you budding giggers! The hotel is run by a smashing gay couple Gerry and William. From the moment we stepped in through the door the service was fantastic, they made us feel very welcome and this was continued right over the 2 days. If your up for laughs head there, there absolutely barking mad!!!!!!! The hotel was spotlessly clean, got guided tour before we booked in. Food was great!! Gerry makes a mean curry!!! Hardly left hotel as the company was so good!!!!!!! Booked in already to return in july, cant wait!!!!!

We have just spent a lovely weekend in Blackpool and stayed at Lolly's hotel. We felt so welcome from the first moment we arrived. Room was spotless, nicely decorated and food like at home. Not to mention the excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the shops and all attractions. We will definitely go back there.
