    ... in a glass with a slight taste of coffee. So disappointed. Should have had the sundae, like Laura did. Didn't even drink it as it just seemed like it would give me stomach problems later.     ... a lot with Sylwia and Osvaldo. Sylwia was impressed with my slight Polish, and said I was the first educated American she's met. That boosted my confidence a bit. Osvaldo joked that I could teach Sylwia Spanish, and teach him Polish. It was an interesting conversation.

    ... no smoking inside laws back home!! The band that was playing were doing a concert before the jam session started, and they were playing very jazzy, chilled tunes, which took me back to the Ballarat days! We had a couple of beers and a chat up the back there, then when the set finished, we decided we had to leave, as Darren's asthma wasn't agreeing with all the smoke!     We got back from Motox last night about 10 pm....tired, dirty but happy. Fortunately there was room for us at the Youth Hostel. Great to have a real bed and not to hear chainsaws at 4 am!! Today we have done a little!! Sightseeing ...the Palace and Park ...both very picturesque. Oh yes......a stack of washing!! And girls......some shopping.....very practical though.....sports ...
