... free nights through Thousand Trails. All is good out on the open road, we are each settling into our daily routine and daily responsibilities, john's in charge of making coffee and building camp fires, I am in charge of the water filter and basically knowing where everything is...."Jackie! Um...where is the tin foil?" "Jackie! Um...where is the dental floss?" We're a good ...

Here were some stairs that took us in the caves ultimately ending in the waterfall This was the most crowded area we had seen so ...

... beyond the gorge. Shortly after that there’s an overlook directly opposite Lucifer Falls. It took us about 20 min to get to the end of the trail from there. The trail is pretty level after that so taking the Upper Gorge Trail CCW to the overlook (or as far as the staircase) will give you nice view if you can’t handle the climbing.

We made it back to the hotel and got cleaned up then drove a few minutes to Horseheads for a nice dinner at Louies Hanover Square. ...

... 1 of photography: Don't take pictures with your expensive digital camera in a shower!). The first part of the experience is a 200 ft elevator ride down to the bottom of the gorge, where you are handed one of the signature ponchos and board the ship. The trip takes you past the American Falls, where I got some great pictures, and into the absolute heart of Horseshoe Falls. The captain holds the boat there in the center ...
