... but being the person that I am I missed the **** out of all my friends (Not Karen) and I went on that tiring Friday and it was AMAZING. After the hugs and **** I went on with my life it was a great end to a great adventure! I really want to go back to New Zealand but till then I will see you in the next adventure! -Calvin

... Tom, Ian, Emily and I opted for the longer walk. It had a lovely view. It was also nice to have a decent walk after being on the bus. It was very warm and very humid. After the walk we went down to the lake and had a swim, the weather had improved and it was sunny, but the lake was really cold! Had a nice swim though, and the played frisbee with the group. It was really nice ...
So the kids have finally arrived and I'm working with the youngest girls!!! They are so cute and adorable but such little minxes! Anyway, almost at the end of week two and I'm on my first day off! The camp play has finally been casted and we have a good lineup this year! 21 kids this year! More than last year apparently! We have had to cut and change scripts throughout the week (soooo tedious) and the music rehearsals start today ...
Well, our two week Southwest Adventure has come to an end. Today, we all flew home after enjoying a great vacation. It was a nice break and was great to be able to spend two weeks together, which is becoming increasingly rare.
Everyone was up early today to get to the airport. Overall it was a good trip home, although we did experience about an hour and a half delay in Detroit ...
We're basically packed and ready to go on this year's Southwest Adventure! Our flights leave early tomorrow morning and we should all be on the ground in Las Vegas around lunch time. Beth will be flying out of Birmingham and will be meeting us in Vegas. From there we will be driving to Springdale Utah, near Zion National Park. Our plan is to get into town, take care of picking up all the supplies we're going to need, ...
