We were making a new section of the PCT, the entire project involves constructing 6 miles of trail which is expected to take about 4 years. The work includes a lot of tree and boulder removal, boulder busting (with a sledgehammer and pick), then trail construction. It's really ...

This left the morning to clear the apartment and pack all our belongings; the packing made more interesting as we had to pack for the next three nights in bags small enough to fit into the sleeper compartments we have. We completed these activities in time to have lunch outside in the Northstar village. During lunch it was raining heavily but the temperature was warm enough for us to find a table under ...

first we got to our cabin , which was about 7 bedroom . Since it was our first day we only explored in the snow . On the second day we hiked and had a snowball fight , and ended the day with Neapolitan ice cream and a movie . On the final day we just sat and hung out . That was a great trip ...
