... their own. While exploring, Nick asked Clay a special question, to which she said yes! The group celebrated the engagement drinking a Mot & Chandon reserve bottle brought from the hotel. Leaving Villa Cimbrone, we went back to the city center and wandered in and out of shops. After buying a few things, we stopped for lunch at Cumpa Cosimo aka Mama's. It was a fantastic place to have lunch. Mama told us what we would order and when to have ...

We arrived at Pompei just after 5:30 and easily found our hotel, after passing a lovely square with a huge church. It is on the first floor but fortunately it has a lift. We were 1000's of metres up( or it seemed) from the sea and on these narrow roads (easily only two cars wide comfortably) cars were parked on both sides. It really was an obstacle course and factor in mad people on scooters, the odd bus or two and it makes for stomach clenching and swearing as we go. The road was so winding and the only thing ...

We set sail this morning for a day at sea, the three of us our captain and a non English speaking Italian couple. We slowly sailed past Praiano, stopping for a swim in the sparkling aqua waters of Furore. Refreshed we set off for the Emerald grotto where were disembarked and hopped on a smaller boat to explore the crystal green waters. Back on our boat we made our way to the natural freshwater ...
