    ... We said good buy to Geoff and hit the road. We programmed Gorgette the GPS and off we went at 10.10 am and arrived at Praiano at 5.30 pm.     Thursday 12 September Weather - warm, partly cloudy We had our final breakfast prepared for us by Francesca at our B & B this morning. We depart for Napoli at 10.45am.     As this is my last night I decide to take in the Ravello Music Festival. Ravello is set high in the hills and looks over the Amalfi coast, and there's something that's just magical about this township.     My afternoon passes quickly and includes a visit to the township, to buy some nibbles and I'm thrilled to find a bottle of the Marisa Cuomo Rose, and as the sun sets I sit on the terrace, sipping rose and listening to Hay House podcasts that I've downloaded to my i-phone.     ... sashimi and he prepared an interesting sashimi platter by marinating raw shrimp in soy sauce and lemon, offered seared tuna and a tuna tartare with avocado - put together by your table. Paul had the caprese fantasy - caprese done 3 ways - traditional, deep-fried etc. with a parmesan crisp. The pipette of extra virgin olive oil was a nice touch.
