... right! Sunday we went to the San Telmo market and antique fair...MUAH-AH-AHHHHH.... I went a little crazy. My head almost popped off when we got there.
Streets filled with people and tables as far as the eye could see. Tables stacked with jewelry, sunglasses, sweaters, purses, bags, paintings, tshirts, coffee cups, hats, etc....The first part was a lot of what I just mentioned, then we came to an area of the street filled with artists displaying their work. We had our first night at Milhouse Avenue hostel and it was great. The twin room was fantastic - it has air conditioning and an ensuite. It was nice and quiet too; located the furthest away from the main walkway which was like heaven being able to sleep in peace unlike the noise coming in through the hostel window in Santiago. Downstairs in the lobby they have a huge area decked out as a bar which has massive parties (think ~180 people) and a DJ everynight of the ...
