... found plenty more beaches set within the forest. We got to see lots more howler monkeys in the wild. It is really easy to spot them as they have a very deep howl and you can see parts of the trees falling to the forest floor as they swing around above your head.

We left Bocas Del Toro early so that we could get to the border and on to Cahuita, Costa Rica and hopefully still have some time to relax and go to the beach the same day. There are a few options for getting to the border after taking the water taxi to Almirante. The first is to simply take a bus.
