    ... rose is in full bloom out in the back garden. Daisy has taken some pictures for me which I will be pleased to see. This is the first year it has really come into bloom since we planted it. It is called Mdme. Alfred Carriere.

    ... going to the gym and activities. We had a lovely FT call with Michael (Harriet's grandson) and Laura and their son Asher. They came and stayed with us in September 2013 when Asher was 10 months old. He was adorable then and still is now and is beginning to talk - knows quite a lot of words and is running around, whereas he was just "pulling up" when we saw him last.

    ... us and even made us stockings. Chocolate and alcohol and fuzzy socks make the perfect stocking stuffers!
