... in this area are free so that is an added plus. There are many families in this area enjoying time together on the beach. You can see cars parked near the beach with tents and food preparation going on all over the place. It is a real family atmosphere. I think it was a family day also because it is Sunday today.

... your body and your board past the breaking waves to where you can actually pick up a surf or wave to ride in. Dive over, dive under, do some cartwheels as the wave throws you back 100ft, then start swimming forward. When wave dies down, start walking again, as fast as you can, then get pounded by few more waves that drag you back to square 1 all over again.

Around the next bend we start to hear a bit of a commotion above us and the group freezes in its tracks. High above a large group of White Faced Capuchin Monkeys are making their way to some Royal Palm trees directly above us. As this is our first encounter with the Capuchin to this point, it is the most fascinating and exciting!! Everyone scrambles for their cameras ...

... then the final bus, the only one I could find was the one going to San Jose at 2:05pm (Trancopa). They would charge me full fare to San Jose ($7000 c) and only standing room!... Luckily I got to sit for almost one hour and I only had to ride standing for about 1.5 hours, the time it took to get to Dominical.

Got to Dominical at the Piramys Beach Front Hostel. Again, the place did not look anything special but it was pleasant ...
