So: last minute packing, really unflattering haircut, sooo many flight delays, then paid taxi ride (with bike) from iah to hou, missed last shuttle from calgary to banff so stayed at the airport and the airline lost my bike in transit. Hopefully will get my bike at some point ...

Our Cabadiab mummas drive to Edmonton on Fruday and Larns and I jumped in with Brad and Tyler on Saturday morning for an early departure. We are about a 3 hr drive from Edmonton so it wasn't a bad drive. That morning I sneakily stole Brads body building trophy that he's a bit overprotective about and took it in the truck to Edmonton. ... a bit of a struggle at some points! The views along the way were amazing and when we reached the top there was a clear blue glacial lake which must have been lower than 5 degrees! It was freezing but in true Dan style he had to jump in... along with everyone else but me! I went for the sensible option and sat in the sun and filmed the crazy people jumping in the ice cold lake... it didn't look like much fun and the look on their faces when they hit the water just made me ...

My side trip to Calgary also meant that I got to explore Columbus, Ohio. I have discovered the best shopping mall so far. Easton Mall. I can't wait to go back there!

Oh, and Wicked was worth seeing :)
