... When the Bay of Fundy hits the high tide mark, the river reverses its direction flow and flows back upstream. It wasn’t exactly a falls, more like a rapid and we saw it when it was low tide so the river was flowing out into the bay. Its unique, but not hugely exciting. Later when we returned at midday, the river had stopped flowing at mid tide.
