... is a fish stew with special spices unique to Marseille. There was a lot of hype about it, and it was delicious, but not AMAZING. However, I was enjoying myself too much to be sad that I splurged on this "special" meal. You gotta do it once right? When's the next time I will be in Marseille? Probably never. (sad).

While the meat is cooking, the Chef shows us how to make the sauce, the mashed potatoes and how to use the mold for serving. Actually had time, on our way back from Nice, to stop by Aix-en-Provence and tour the city. It was so, so beautiful; we were able to visit the Museum of Natural History and the Museum Granet. Next time we stop by Carly and I will definitely be sure to visit Cezanne's vacation home though! But for a short séjour for quelques heures it was not bad at all.
