... had his favourite, Ris D'Agneau followed by roast Guinea fowl then baked apricots for dessert, I had Fois Gras, yum, the most succulent veal followed by fromage of the region, a cheese trolley to die for. We started well with a chilled champagne then a Madiran 2007 tannat, which went perfectly with all courses.
