So from last Sunday.... I did no climbing. I had made the decision i really had done as much as a could before I'm really risking an injury. A good week or most unlikely two weeks may be a good enough time for rest.

I thing i found the culprit for my unusually weak and feeble attempts at living and climbing recently.
