... town. Next we visited the Faberge museum and this was fantastic. We had a girl from Russia explain the collection. It all belongs to a wealthy Russian (VERY wealthy) And he houses it in Baden Baden because it is more secure there. I cannot imagine what it all would be worth. Unfortunately we could not take any photos. Had another hour or two in the thermal spa then relaxed dinner at an Italian restaurant. Love ...

... the feel of the town - so many beautiful and huge trees giving an all over feeling of green, lots of flowers, a little river running through the town and of course the charm of the historic section. Some sausages, produce and buns were collected and a barbeque is in the works. The parents of our hosts at the home stay visited and we chatted with them for a while. Then we were back at the ...

Weather glorious again - perfect for sightseeing. Made our way to Triberg to see the highest waterfall in Germany. The walk was beautiful (and quite a strenuous uphill climb in parts) but with lots of tourists, strange about that!! We had a quick look at the town, including a shop with 1,000 cuckoo clocks. We weren't tempted to buy one, ...
