      ... Unfortunately Italy lost. I would've loved to see the partying after a win! The food there wasn't great, but we hadn't really eaten yet so it didn't really matter. Oddly enough they didn't have any wine there. Just beer and spirits. Hmm. We walked about 5 miles in total by the time we got back at 9 and we were beat! We were asleep by 9:30...but up again at midnight. I never fell back asleep but Nate got a few more hours in. ...

      ... bells every day, but nothing like the ringing today that started at 7:00am, sounding about every hour. At one point we could identify four churches ringing at once, each with multiple bells - it was glorious.

      We have changed our travel plans and have decided not to go to Venice next as planned. We have tired of large cities so tomorrow are heading to the coast to stay Monterosso, in one of the small towns in Cinque Terre.

Apparently, Napoli has a pretty bad mafia situation and it is not very safe to walk around some areas and especially in the evenings this city is not the best place to be.
