Original plan was to do Dingle Peninsula tomorrow, then visit with Martina & her family in Tralee, and return to Kenmare for our last night ... then drive to Limerick. Geographically that does not make any sense whatsoever (it made more sense when we were staying in Glenbeigh which is closer to Tralee.) Martina was kind enough to offer that we can sleep there. All about Killarney
... on to the town of Killarney. Our driver backed this huge bus off of an extremely narrow and busy street into the hotel area. We could not believe how close he maneuvered to cars parked in the driveway, and yet....nary a scratch on anything!

Shawn brought the sun!
... and decided to have our picnic lunch on the beach. Then we laid down for a little to soak up the sun. Since Shawn has been here, it has been the most beautiful two days ever. Kilarney Castle and Dunmore Caves
... are formed and also the history of the caves in particular during the Viking invasion. People hid in the caves and the Vikings came and smoked them out. A lot of bones were found in there and it’s thought the people suffocated. They also found a lot of Viking treasures that were stached down there. The most difficult part however is the 300 odd steps to get down to it..actually down was not the problem, it was coming back up! Though I was going to have a heart attack ...
