... Jean & I were told off for walking to close to the edge because we would scare the fish, they were fishing for carp and we didn't know but there was a fishing comp on and apparently there was "big" money involved. We walked around a bit and came across a nicer man who explained things to us.
The sun is shining and it's a lovely day, tonight we are going to Tracey & Gary's for a sleep over.
I best end of now or we will never get out today.

The bus trip was really long, Matt was absolutely shattered by the time we got to Bideford, all he wanted to do was go to bed so we didn't end up going to his brother Frankie's house.
It was really good when we got there most of the family was there to greet us it was so wonderful to see them again.

Drove from London to Devon. Stayed with Fred Smith's sister (Margaret) and husband (Andy). Lovely people. They live on an acre outside the town. Pretty part of the world. Some of Fred's ashes were strewn under an oak tree in their back yard. It's growing handsomely and striving to outgrow other nearby plants in order to see the bigger picture (just like Fred).
