      ... of sheep, lavender fields and two enormous pigs in their pen by the side of the road. It was a beautiful ride through typical Provence.

      Day 8 was the ride from Greoux-Le-Bains to Moustiers Ste. Marie. A group of us took the somewhat shorter and less hilly route which still managed to be 58 km.       ... we got some lovely views, especially of the lovely beach at Menton. We turned off toward Grasse to head away from the crowds and there was traffic backed up in both directions through town. I was driving and took a wrong turn off at a roundabout where we got stuck in traffic and was brave enough to do a u-turn to get out and up to the top of the town and back into the country side.
