[In the states they still call the drink a Kir even if they just use any white wine they have on hand.] The proportions are one part Cassis to two parts white wine. If you have SuperCassis, its one part Cassis to four parts white wine. Of course, these recipes can be varied to taste and that in its self makes a fun game!
