We awoke to yet another glorious blue sky. We had a view over the Falls from our balcony. The falls are part of a Hydro -electric scheme, and the gates are closed during the winter. Our server said they could be open very soon. The timing differs each year depending on the weather. We drove through the very pretty town and stopped to walk on the bridge to view both sides. There is some water flowing. Could ...

... occupying a home built in 1687. The meal was topped off with a piece of maple syrup pie, which was fabulous. Then another walk down the steep streets back to the harbor to complete the circumference of this magnificent city. Luckily I knew it was a 45 / 50 minute bus ride back as I was struggling to see out of the windows. I did miss my stop, and got off the 1 after to realise ...

We drove to mile marker 10 to the information center (which was beautiful) and looked at the Parc Journal that they gave us upon paying our $13 entry fee. After eating lunch and talking with the attendant about reservations for tubing on Sunday, we decided on a nearby hike of 4 km (about 2 miles), a loop that ...

... game... on a thursday night too!

Up the Mountain we climbed... and when I say climbed, I literally mean it. We decided to be adventurous and go up the mountain off the main path. So instead of walking around it to get up it, we climbed up. In great humidity levels. Without proper hiking shoes. This mosquitoes trying to get a piece of us.

It was actually really enjoyable! We got to the top with great victory after about an hours climb, and then ...
