Kept it pretty easy today by the sea-side. It's lovely being here in the off-season, so peaceful, although you can easily imagine how they burst to life in the Summer! Down the beach we can see across to the UK (and Ella wave to Grandma) a gorgeous coastline and certainly has some tides! ... about bus service or trains into Rouen and found train would be easier but were not sure where train station was so Terry and I went for a walk to find it, it was about 1/2 a mile away and up a long steep road so we thought we would go by bus which stopped outside campsite.
We got back and finished searching the Internet and then Terry and me played another couple of games before going to bed. It was windy and rainy again so took a while to get to sleep.

... to Avis's main office :-( So we trundled our bags, mainly through pedestrian areas, but negotiating cobblestones, past the beautiful cathedral. We picked up our black four door, Ford B Max. Very nice, comfortable seats, roomy and with back passenger doors that open like a van!! Unfortunately we didn't notice a stone chip in the windscreen until after our stop in Villers-Bretonneux. Will go to Avis office tomorrow about this :-( Could cost us.
