Werchter: The whole festival was set up just away from the small Belgian town of Werchter. Walked in to the town one day to stock up on beer supplies. I can imagine it would be an extremely quaint town most of the year until it gets taken over by the annual festival. I guess the theme to all these posts is beer, but come on. We are in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium after all. As you can tell we drank some great Belgian beer and had some great chocolate. Unfortunately, we had to say our goodbyes and head back to Venlo, to catch up with Ria and Elmar. Ingrid also made a trip up from Gronsveld to share the evening with us. It was to be sad goodbyes again.

We continued eating and drinking and chatting until 2250 when we had to catch a train back to Amsterdam.
