... A perfect balance in our eyes. I just wish I had started taking pics of the food we have been eating! We have separate living quarters from the family, which we share with the other helpers, Daniel from Spain (also a Chef, as is Gwen) and Erin from the US (fluent in French too). So we have our own kitchen, bathroom and lounge with fire.
Relaxed environment but we do work for our keep, which is nice as you are in good company ...

... at the highest point with low temperatures most of the day from +.3C to about 8C again best. Spectacular views too of the mountains and plains interspersed with snowy tops, Red Kite soaring and Eagles hunting. We enjoyed our coffee stops using the cafés popular with Spanish drivers, amazing cafe con leche, tostada, tomate y aciete for two for only 3.8 euro. It turned out to be 13 hours and 10 minutes drive arriving at 2015 with a number of stops en route for meals ...
