Seremei (Thank you), Hamanasi!
Today we left Hamansi and Hopkins. We ate breakfast, went for a walk, played Bananagrams, ate lunch and then departed. Fransisco drove us to the Dangriga airport, driving us
through downtown Dangriga which was quite populated today because of the
holiday celebrating the Garifuna culture. While the national language of Belize is English, …
Shark!
Today we went on our first dive off of Caye Caulker, two sites on the north part of the barrier
reef. On our first dive, we descended into a school of nurse sharks. Amazing.
We must have seen at least 10 sharks on this dive, all swimming around us. We
also saw a moray eel swimming. This was a really different experience then

The loggerhead …

After three days of diving, we decided to take a day off. There is a footpath through the …

TravelPod Member ReviewsLazy Iguana Bed and Breakfast Caye Caulker
We stayed at the Lazy Iguana for 5 nights in November. The B&B is quiet on the edge of the small town. Breakfast is good and the manager is friendly and helpful. The hammocks and view from the rooftop parapa are awesome.
