... downsides? First of all, the whole place stank of rotten meat and sweaty socks. Go on in and almost faint of the stench, while the inside should be referred to as "Termites Holding Hands". Seriously, the wallpaper are all in shreds and still hanging from the wall, the floor is blanketed in a thick coating of dust and dirt, and the ceiling is just cracked concrete, constantly falling onto your head.
