    ... did get a wonderful shot of a momma capuchin with her baby on her back and a few good ones of iguanas, of which there is no shortage in Costa Rica..

    Back on our heavenly yacht, our new friends, Donna and Burt invited us to Candles. This meant dinner on the aft deck under the stars and nearly a full moon. A perfect way to end a perfectly wonderful day.

    ... The door opens slowly and a frantic face appears"OH MY GOD I AM SO SORRRY" in a screen voice. Guests had just left, room was not ready, had been some chaos in the kitchen from last night......all we could do was dump our stuff, sit out the back in the sunshine. Have a supersized coffee and go and explore Santa Monica.

    ... in Nicaragua you find that more people speak English. Even so, I had some of my best spanish conversations... they just happened to be with the French. There were two islands making up the area we visited and we definitely lucked out finding some great places to stay, food to eat and people meet. Originally, I was worried about taking up the solo travel routine here like I did in Europe. But now, I couldn't be happier that I did.
