We had a "wet landing" today as we were taken ashore by the zodiac which let us out at the edge of the shore line of Coco Beach which is in a gorgeous horseshoe shaped bay with steep hills and impressive cliffs. We absolutely covered ourselves in mud then Libby, Dad and I washed it off in the stream and Mum in the shower. We then went in the hot pools again. We walked back to the entrance and there were still no towels so we drove back to the hotel and had a final shower. We all felt lovely and smooth ...

... On the beach or in the streets I could almost always be seen proudly carrying the success from my most recent harvest. They were plentiful on the island, but finding some that were accessible and getting them down was a task and a half. The majority of these happy hours was spent throwing rocks or on the shoulders of a friend, machete in hand. Without fail, the work was always worth it as I sat sharing the beauty of another ...
