It did not disappoint! (& I had a fan-girl-moment and met soccer superstar Megan Rapinoe who was, quite simply, charming! :) but also,as cliche as it sounds, a great ambassador for womens sport and soccer)

... set up the camper. Another thing I was happy to see were other kids outside playing. The hardest part for us when we decided to take this trip was to have the kids away from their friends. So far there have been very few kids at the parks we've stayed at so when they do get a chance to play with others we try to change or delay our plans so that they have that time to run around and be silly.

... We also met up here with Mike and Mel's good friends Joey and Candice. All in all a top night. I should also mention that this bar had a fireman's pole which rewarded a free drink to any lady (only girls allowed) who could climb to the top. Lets just say Candice earned herself a free shot.
Finished the night tucked up in bed with my new small friend Dallas. He likes to sleep under the covers right by my feet.
