... we were passed by a couple walking there dog who decided a paddle in the lake was a good way to cool off. Up on the glacier a couple of skiers were climbing up and then skiing down, it looked like a lot of effort and risk for about 30 seconds of ski time. For lunch we stopped at Nederland and looked to find our chosen restaurant, which was easy to find after having to do a series of tighter and tighter one way circles, but impossible to park at. ... a real fright. It took me a little while to pull myself together, but we had a few good runs after that and I finally worked out how to get off the chair lift.
