Week 6 September 27-October 2
Sept 27 Today was a traveling day. Because it was a short jaunt (46 miles), we took advantage of a beautiful sunny morning to go see Queechee Gorge one last time. We hiked UNDER the bridge area, which smelled like balsam fir Christmas trees, "grazed" at the Cabot Cheese outlet where we bought some cheeses and dips, and drove back to picturesque Woodstock to take photos and to visit ...

We finished the day on the boardwalk along the foreshore of Lake Champlain after a little retail shopping at L.L. Bean.
