We drove through the miles of grassy High Plains from Amarillo through Oklahoma City to Tulsa, OK. We were imagining the buffalo roaming. I-77 turns out to be the only interstate toll road in the US. The toll taker said that 40% of the drivers on I-77 are from out of state and that it was better that they paid for the road than the locals. So currently I am back in Tulsa for just less than a week. I drove down on Wednesday and surprised Maggie. (She thought I was coming down later...whoops. From there we searched for a place to get our oil changed, with no luck in the end, and plugged on until we hit Vinito Oklahoma. Here we found our second thrill and stopped at Clanton's Cafe. ... thing....I was pretty shaky by this point. I'll leave it at that.

We finally made our way to the gate, and we had about 10 minutes until it was set to board. He found a bathroom, I went to get something to eat, although my appetite was gone, and then when he came back I went to give myself my blood-thinning shot, which makes me shaky anyways....ugh.....so far this is not fun.
