... just in time to get ready for dinner. We had a beautiful seafood dinner at Passionfish. We received champagne in our hotel room and got a candle in our dessert at dinner....basically, we've decided we should start telling people we are on our honeymoon more often!!

... we joined the long line of visitors waiting to board the ferry back to SF. Back on the mainland, we strolled toward Pier 39, otherwise known as Fisherman's Wharf. This is a very busy area full of shops and restaurants as well as street performers and wall to wall tourists. Our mission was to have lunch and ride the cable car back to Union Square. ... It was a beautiful day and we pulled over several times to check out the scenery. We were never able to get the signal but we did have an enjoyable day. We stopped off at Nepenthe and looked around and enjoyed the view as always.

After dinner did a walk through teh campground and were rewarded with a nice woodpecker shot and the sounds of two owls calling to each other. Had a nice walk and checked out some of the other camping spots.

... Le P'tite Paysan, a viognier from California (we learned a new word - "viognier"). Next up was Schied (whose granddaughter was in the first place we were tasting!) and it was good too. Having had enough wine, we decided to look for dinner. Decided on Cantinetta Luca - an Italian place. We mostly got appetizers, with Kelly getting a large tray of meats and MIL got a seafood salad. Everything was delicious, and the service was good. FIL went ...
