    On November 11, 2014, we will be leaving Holland, MI and going to Bluefields, Nicaragua to stay for 7 weeks with our friends, RCA missionaries Adrian and Bernardeth Kelly-Bobb. Adrian is a pastor and Bernardeth is a medical doctor. We will be helping in their daily feeding program for 120 children that live in the slums of Bluefields.     ... wiggling into the station, no RV lanes, we are back on our way to Kalamazoo. We have decided to meet Gail and Dick at a Lowe's parking lot. Easy in and easy out type place.

    Final miles traveled 4,355. What a great trip and we thank all of those that joined us and appreciate the comments and support during our trip. We have had 1710 visitors to our blog during our trip and we thank all of you.

    In a couple of hours we'll be leaving Holland to begin the first leg of our journey. Somehow leaving on September 11 feels appropriate because, as tragic as it was, this day above all others reminds me of the strength and courage of Americans, both now and in those early days of the founding of the original colonies.

    I recently visited my Daughter, who lives in Brooklyn and NYC is not friendly to visitors from outside the city!
