Final Days in Portland

We really enjoyed having a home base to return to between excursions. The condo was very comfortable and convenient and we discovered that was much to see and do in Portland besides wash our clothes and sleeping late!

There was still lots to see and do in and close to Portland, as we entered the last week of our stay, we concentrated on enjoying "close to home" sites and restaurants.

... Maine toll booth another $10.50 charge. Arrived in Kennebunk, Maine at 3:30 this afternoon. What a beautiful park it is. Alot of bikers come here! Alot of space and nice trees. We are not close to the water but there are beaches close by. A little too chilly for the beach anyway.
